Easy Access
 
We offer 25MB of storage per user, and with IMAP service, your team will stay synched with their eMail at the office, and at home as well as via laptop. Further, our eMail offering also includes WebMail – web accessible eMail services -- which gives your employees access to their eMail boxes from any computer found in airports, hotel rooms, trades shows, or anywhere they may be traveling or working.
 
Anti-Virus and SPAM Filtering
 
We’ll assist you with the responsibility for protecting your users from disabling viruses and unwanted e-advertising. We use server-side Anti-Virus and SPAM filtering software to scan incoming eMail messages. Attachments containing viruses are quarantined while all other attachments are delivered. SPAM eMail is tagged as such and automatically delivered to your SPAM folder or deleted – depending on your preferences.
 
Self Service Account Administration
 
With eMail Admin, tasks like adding and deleting users, resetting passwords, eMail forwarding, and auto-replies are all in your control.
 
eMail Forwarding
 
Simplify managing multiple eMail accounts and direct eMail traffic with the eMail forwarding capability on your WebMail web site. For example, create user-friendly eMail addresses like customerservice@myfinancialinstitution.com or information@myfinancialinstitution.com and automatically forward any received messages to existing staff eMail accounts – internal or external. Legacy Website Management Tool
Summary

Our Legacy Website Management tool allows users secure access to their actual website files.

The financial institution will need some form of HTML editing software to modify the website, for example: FrontPage, Dreamweaver, or Visual Web Developer (free download). Image or photo editing will require graphics software, for example: Photoshop.

Training

For our customers not yet using FIS Website Content Management System, we offer training for our Legacy Website Management Tool. Day and time choices for Website Management Tool training are:

Tuesdays
10:00, 10:30, 11:00, or 11:30 am CST

Wednesdays
2:00, 2:30, 3:00, 3:30, or 4:00 pm CST

Please enter your preference into the form, and when we get in touch with you we can either verify that time and date or work with you to find another.

Please be advised that we require a minimum 24 hour notice for all training sessions.

Please allow 30 – 45 minutes for training with a maximum of 3 people. Each financial institution is allowed one training session. If there is a staff change within the financial institution it is up to the financial institution to train the new staff member. A second training session can be scheduled, but the financial institution will be charged for the trainer’s time.
